Taught only at the McTimoney College of Chiropractic, the technique it is widely recognised for its low force, whole-body approach using fast adjustments. Your treatment can combine the McTimoney technique with other therapies such as acupuncture.

The first visit includes your consultation, physical assessment and first treatment. The first visit takes 1hr 20mins. Follow up treatments are 40mins. You may be asked to remove some outer layers of clothing; a gown is always provided.

You may well feel better after your appointment. As a guide, between 3 and 6 treatments at weekly intervals can help improve how you feel, and patients often return on basis prevent problems recurring.

You can expect to feel some changes as your body realigns and physical stresses are lifted; including feeling tired, stiff or achy after your treatment.
